MS-1 Module and Bale Moisture Sensor

Features
The Gen 3 MS-1 measures moisture trends in incoming cotton modules and verifies moisture on bales as they move through your process, without touching the cotton. Readings go straight to the gin's controls over 4-20mA analog signaling, with Modbus TCP and a REST API available.
A modern, integration-friendly alternative to legacy moisture systems, built for today's gin controls and operator workflows.
- Nothing touches the cotton MS-1 reads through the stream instead of probing it. Nothing rides on the cotton, so there is nothing in the path to wear out, foul, or pull when the line jams.
- A value for every bale Every bale that moves through the line is measured and recorded, not just the ones somebody has time to sample.
- See the cotton before you gin it At the module feeder, MS-1 tracks moisture on what is coming in. Changes show up while the drying decisions are still ahead of you rather than after the fact at the press.
- Into the controls you already run 4-20mA drives panel meters, existing displays and the controls already wired for them. Modbus TCP carries the same values to the PLC, and a REST API is there for gins that want the record in their own systems.

TS-1 Thermal Gin Saw Monitor
Watches gin saw temperature so you can act before the first spark
Features
The Gen 3 TS-1 puts thermal cameras on the saw cylinders and reports temperature to the gin's controls continuously. It works upstream of spark detection: the point is to catch a stand heating up while it is still a maintenance call, not to catch what has already ignited.
Thermal monitoring for high-throughput ginning: know exactly when blades are running too hot, and intervene fast.
- Upstream of spark detection, not instead of it A spark detection system reacts to something already burning. TS-1 watches the heat that comes first. Run both. TS-1 is not a substitute for spark detection and is not sold as one.
- Every stand watched, all the time Each monitored stand has its own temperature reported continuously. Heat is caught because the system is always looking, not because somebody happened to be walking the aisle.
- Warning and alarm the gin defines Two setpoints, both yours: a warning while a stand is climbing, and an alarm at the temperature you have decided is not acceptable.
- An air knife on the lenses A built-in air knife keeps the cameras clear of lint and debris, so the system goes on seeing what it is watching through a full season.
